Why wood?
Well, the first five year anniversary gifts were wooden ones cut on the day of celebration and presented as a finished gift to symbolize the strength and wisdom gained after five years of marriage. A business is a lot like a marriage. It takes patience and commitment, among other things, to run one successfully, but most of all, it takes the ability to accept the mistakes we’ve made and learn from them in order to grow. We’ve stumbled along the way and made our fair share of mistakes, but we’ve gained insight and understanding from those experiences. After five years of doing business in Las Vegas, we’ve developed strong, deep roots, much like the mighty oak tree the wood symbolizes for this celebration, and we couldn’t have done it without you.
