Nerd Farm Blog Website
Henderson firefighter and founder of Nerd Farm Blog, Burke Lant (self-described gamer, blogger, and karaoke "monstar"), came to us in the Fall of 2013 for help with customizing a new WordPress Theme he purchased for his existing blog that we previously helped him setup back in February of 2012. We also created the logo for Nerd Farm Blog in addition to the FAToon™ of Burke.
Burke founded Nerd Farm Blog to share things he does, plays, visits, listens to, and watches with the broad audience that resides in the interwebs because in his profession he can't speak “Nerd” without being placed in the weird category.
Per the Urban Dictionary, Nerd Farm is a place where Nerds congregate. Burke Lant says he never really thought of the Nerd Farm Blog as a place where nerds could congregate, but as a place where they could go to get more than just news. Follow your inner Nerd to the Nerd Farm Blog today!
